Tour Guide at Central Washington University
Class of 2019
Hometown: Camas, WA
Major: Family studies
I decided to come to Central for many reason, first I believe that we have such a beautiful campus all the trees and green spaces add to its beauty. The small class sizes all stood out to me, having a class with 25 students allows for the professor to really get to know me and my classmates
how we get all four seasons. Fall is a great time to go hiking because its not too hot or too cold. Winter we get snow and if you snowboard there are several places close by. Spring it's get warm and many people love to float on the Yakima river. Summer is nice and hot so going to the local swimming hole is popular to cool off.
I love having the opportunity to meet prospective students and show them why Central is my home away from home.
My favorite class that I have taken so far is Child Development. Learning about all the different theories that apply to children and what happens at each age is very intresting.
