To request a visit, please submit the Group Visit Request Form at least one month in advance. For groups with students in 8th grade or lower, we are unable to book visits at this time. Please fill out the Group Visit Request form and our staff will contact you to discuss options.
Please note: Group visits for all ages/grade levels are available on a limited basis and only weekdays. We are unable to host group visits on weekends or holidays. Summer options vary.
We recommend that you visit CWU when classes are in session, as you will get the best exposure to campus life and the most access to campus services.

THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP!!!!As a prospective student touring colleges, you should look for a campus that is “a good fit” for YOU. What may appear to be the “best school” on the list might not actually be the best one for YOU. Ask yourself this: “Is this college the right fit for me academically, socially, and financially?” We recommend that your students consider all three factors and more as they search for the campus they will one day call home. Should they choose to join our Wildcat family, we welcome them with open paws!
